General
Can UrusVisa guarantee my visa will be approved?
No agent can guarantee approval - the final decision always rests with the destination country's embassy or immigration authority. What we do guarantee is an honest upfront assessment: after reviewing your documents, we tell you clearly whether your case looks strong, weak, or needs more preparation, before you commit to anything.
Do you accept every client who applies?
No - we review each case before accepting it. If your documents suggest a very low chance of approval, we'll tell you upfront rather than take your money for an application we don't believe in.
Documents & requirements
What documents do I need to provide?
Requirements differ by destination and visa type, but usually include a valid passport, recent photos, proof of funds, and a travel itinerary. After the consultation we send you a checklist specific to your case, so you only gather what your application actually needs.
How should I send my passport and personal documents?
Don't send them through the contact form or social media. Once your case is accepted, we explain how your documents will be collected, stored, and returned, as described in our privacy policy.
Fees & timeline
How much does a visa application cost?
There are two parts: our service fee, and the embassy or government fee set by the destination country. Indicative service fees per destination are listed on the Services page; you receive an exact quote after the document review.
How long does visa processing take?
Most short-stay applications are decided within 5 to 21 working days after submission, depending on the destination and season. Processing time is controlled by the embassy, so we recommend starting at least a month before you travel.
Can I track the status of my application?
Yes. You receive updates via WhatsApp or email at each stage: document review, submission, and decision.
What happens if my visa application is rejected?
Embassy and government visa fees are set by the destination country and are non-refundable if an application is rejected. This is standard across the industry, not specific to UrusVisa - it's also why we review your case honestly before accepting it, so you're not paying for an application we don't believe has a real chance.
