We collect the details you give us when you request a consultation (name, WhatsApp number, email, destination, and message) and, once we accept your case, the documents a visa or permit application requires - such as your passport, photographs, financial statements, and travel or employment records.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to assess your case, prepare your application, submit it through the official channel, and keep you updated. We do not sell your data or use your documents for marketing.

3. Data sharing with embassies and consulates

Your application data is shared with the embassy, consulate, visa application centre, or immigration authority that decides your application, and only to the extent that authority requires.

4. Data retention

We keep application documents only as long as needed to complete your application and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or return them.

5. Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
