1. Services provided

UrusVisa provides consultation, document review, application preparation, and submission guidance for visas and immigration permits.

2. No guarantee of visa approval

UrusVisa assists with document preparation and submission; final approval rests solely with the destination country’s embassy or immigration authority. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing documents that are genuine, complete, and accurate, and for telling us about anything that may affect your application, such as previous refusals.

4. Fees and refunds

Our service fee is quoted after the document review. Embassy and government fees are set by the destination country and are non-refundable if an application is refused.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities, processing delays outside our control, or outcomes caused by inaccurate information provided to us.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
